Creating a Culture of Gratitude

Admin ConferenceThe 2017 Florida Farm Bureau Administrative Assistants Conference took place in Daytona Beach at The Shores Resort and Spa April 19-21.

During the three-day event, more than 50 women attended engaging sessions on membership and marketing, estate planning, Farm Bureau banking services and attended a continuing education class on law and ethics.

Florida Farm Bureau President John Hoblick and Insurance President/CEO Steve Murray addressed the women Thursday morning, thanking them for their hard work and service.

“We want to recognize our county Farm Bureaus success throughout the year,” Hoblick said. “Our strength is as strong as our county Farm Bureaus.”

The conference concluded with FAMA and Years of Service Awards programs. Eight women were recognized for a combined 120 years of service with an FFB Service Award.

Congratulations to Lisa Griner, Wakulla County (25 years), Charlene Dewey, Okeechobee County (20 years), Susie Hull, Hendry-Glades County (20 years), Kisha McGinty, Jackson County (15 years), Desiree Paige, Washington County (15 years), Christine Joyce, Polk County (10 years), Hilda Davila, Dade County (10 years) and Salena Shuster, Pasco County (5 years).
