Register Today for Florida Farm Bureau’s Legislative Days

benefits-slide-2Florida Farm Bureau will host our annual Legislative Days event in Tallahassee in just five weeks! This year’s event will be held Tuesday, March 7, and Wednesday, March 8, the very first week of the 2017 legislative session.

Please take this opportunity to join Farm Bureau members, farmers, ranchers and agricultural leaders from across the state of Florida for a day of advocacy at our state capitol! If you plan to attend 2017 Legislative Days, please register here.

Because this year’s Legislative Days will coincide with the opening of the 2017 legislative session, there will be some minor changes to the traditional event:

  • We are asking all members who plan to attend to pre-register their attendance with us. All events this year will be free of charge, but we need to know who will be in Tallahassee with us.
  • We are hosting an open house welcome reception on Tuesday evening, March 7, from 4 to 7 p.m. at our new legislative office building at 310 W. College Ave. in downtown Tallahassee.
  • The Briefing Dinner is being replaced by a Briefing Breakfast on March 8 beginning at 7:00 a.m. at the DoubleTree Hotel in downtown Tallahassee (101 South Adams Street). Seating for the Briefing Breakfast is EXTREMELY limited, which is why pre-registration for the event is very important.

Legislative Days will conclude with the “Taste of Florida Agriculture” reception in the Capitol Courtyard beginning at 5:00 p.m. We hope you will join us in Tallahassee in support of Florida agriculture and Florida Farm Bureau’s legislative agenda!
