Advocacy — Polk County Farm Bureau
Polk County Farm Bureau Advocacy
Polk County Farm Bureau is the voice of agriculture in Polk County. We work tirelessly at the local, state, and national levels to advocate for policies that support our farmers, ranchers, and the broader agricultural community.
Farm Bureau's grassroots policy development process ensures that the positions we advocate reflect the real needs and concerns of our member families. From water policy to property rights, from labor to trade, we fight for agriculture every day.
Working with Polk County commissioners, the Sheriff's office, and local government to protect agricultural land and operations.
Engaging the Florida Legislature and state agencies on issues including water management, land use, and agricultural regulation.
Through the American Farm Bureau Federation, advocating in Washington D.C. on farm bill, trade, labor, and disaster relief.
